Paper Maché Plate "Old London" "Olde Cock Tavern"

In my grandfather’s collection of souvenirs I have come across a plate (assumed to be paper maché) that is approximately 5.25 in (or 13.3 cm) in diameter. It is in worn (poor?) condition and somewhat soiled. The Raphael Tuck & Sons logo on the back is worn and difficult to read. The picture is clearly the one used for the Old London postcards and shows the London streetscape and has wording “Old London” and then an unreadable bit [presumably Olde] “Cock Tavern”. Can anyone provide a year or catalogue reference?
