Aber Geirch (Cable Bay) Postcard

I have an extensive website on the history of undersea communications, with several references to Aber Geirch, which was the landing place for a number of telegraph and telephone cables to Ireland beginning in the 1880s.

I very much appreciate your providing these postcard images royalty free, and I have added this one to an article on the construction and laying in 1913 of the first direct Anglo-Irish telephone cable, which ran from Aber Geirch to Howth, near Dublin, Ireland.

As far as I can tell from the records, the last cable laid at Aber Geich was in 1937, just two years after the date of this postcard.

I see from a search that you have some other Welsh cable landing site postcards, and I will see if I can also integrate these into my pages.
