Recent discovery - The Standard of Spain and Infantry Soldier

I recently discovered this perforated postcard titled “The Standard of Spain and Infantry Soldier” and mailed in March 1903. I may be mistaken although I cannot see this card in the database. I can see a US themed card (THE STANDARD OF THE PRESIDENT AND AN INFANTRY SOLDIER) from the same ‘Painting Postcard’ series although no others. The perforation may suggest that there are other countries / standards in the series. Does anyone know?
