This card is from series 6914 Flower Photographed from Nature, described as ‘Carnations in a vase with flat base’.
This version has ‘Birthday Greetings’ embossed along the top, rather than ‘A Happy Birthday’.
I also noticed the series is attributed to the artist C Klein, but these are hand-coloured photos of flowers, not artist-drawn:
