New card CFT16 Whitesand Bay Hotel Portwrinkle Crafthole

The correct name of the hotel is or rather was Whitsand Bay Hotel (not the colour so no e) so Tuck typo.

@justintanner There is another card of the hotel but in the Portwrinkle set with the name Whitsands Bay Hotel so a surplus letter s on the end. A Tuck typo.
