New card for British Royalty set 71

This photograph appears on the database in a set of Elizabeth the Queen Mother, but on this card, the title is ‘Her Majesty the Queen’.
I believe it fits with the incomplete set 71 ‘Portraits of British Royalty, Dorothy Wilding’ from 1954, as it came with a copy of 71b (King George VI seated).
