Hi there. Came across this group in searching for images of my house. What a great photograph. Are the dates first used, a rough date for the photograph ? Thank you

The “First Use” field is the earliest known date that somebody has mailed a postcard.

What card are you looking at?

Hi there. Thank you for responding. There is a card featuring my house - Abbotsley, The Smithy.

So it looks like none of the cards in the set:

have been mailed, so take the 1945 “First Use” date with a grain of salt, it may not be accurate.
