The artist mentionned for the “Happy Hours” Tranfer Pictures series 815,816 & 817 is Mabel Lucie Attwell. It’s a mistake. The illustrations come from Beatrice Mallet postcards (see postcards signed by this artist in the postcards section).
Are there other decals using artwork by Beatrice Mallet?
